*I bet you didn’t know: My name is an ancient, pagan, South Slavic gem – pronounced as Danitsa. It means a “morning star” or “bearer of light“.
I deeply care about people – strangers, friends and family alike. I am passionate about making social development sustainable and I find profound joy and fulfilment in supporting others to thrive in all areas of life.
Equipped with a diverse set of skills and knowledge that spans several domains, I’m that person who enjoys wearing multiple hats. It’s not about being a master of one trade, but rather a master at adapting and excelling in many.

I want to let you in on a little secret: I have a peculiar fondness for being the least knowledgeable person in the room for it means I’m surrounded by brilliant minds and new perspectives.
I am an award-winning scholar with several scholarships, fellowships and excellence awards to my name. As an internationally recognised innovation leader, I’ve been honoured by the likes of Telenor, UNLEASH Labs, and innovation think tanks.
Oh, and my work’s even made a cameo at the Nobel Peace Centre!

Yes, table tennis is a real Olympic sport. I transitioned to it from karate, aka my first love.
From 2006 to 2009 I wore the colours of a local club, competing nationally and internationally. I was also a regular player in the Women's National Table Tennis Team in that period.

It's the perks of growing up surrounded by raw nature, in the land of the sea and mountains - scarce electricity and NO Internet connection.
